The terms and conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of this website (“Site”) and to all reservations and payments made through it. In accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not accept these Conditions, you must refrain from using the Site.

These Conditions must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any specific booking terms provided at the time of reservation.

• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee. 
• Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
• All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

• More than 30 days before arrival: Fully refundable.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: Non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days. Bank or transaction charges will be borne by the guest.
• In the event of a “no-show”, the entire booking amount is non-refundable.

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

• Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• The tranquillity of Nivaās is central to our ethos. We ask that guests respect the peace of the property and fellow guests. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• The swimming pool is available for your enjoyment but is unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Nivaās is maintained with great care. Any damage caused to the property during your stay may be chargeable.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and seamless stay, Nivaās cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during your visit. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Nivaās shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other circumstances making it impossible to fulfil a reservation.

These Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
