Dal Batti Churma (v)

Rajasthan's signature dish, featuring crisp baked bread rolls (baati) served with a flavourful, spiced lentil curry (dal) and sweet churma made from crumbled baati, ghee, and jaggery for a perfect balance of savoury and sweet.

Gatte ki Sabzi (v)

Gram flour dumplings cooked in a yogurt-based curry. 

Sev Tamatar (v)

A tangy and mildly spiced tomato curry, topped with sev (crispy, thin chickpea flour noodles).

Rajasthani Kadhi Pakora (v)

A yogurt-based curry cooked with gram flour dumplings (pakoras) and seasoned with cumin, chillies and mustard seeds.

Papad Paneer ki Sabzi (v)

A distinctive Rajasthani dish where crispy papad (thin, fried lentil wafers) are combined with soft paneer and simmered in a spiced tomato gravy, offering a delightful contrast of textures.

Panchmel Dal (v)

A flavourful Rajasthani dal made from five different types of lentils, slow-cooked and seasoned with a rich tempering of garlic, cumin, and ghee.

Ker Sangri (v)

A local wild berry and bean stir-fry, cooked with traditional spices, a Rajasthani delicacy. Please note this is available seasonally during the summer months. 

Lal Maas

A fiery, slow-cooked mutton curry made with red chilies and traditional Rajasthani spices. 

Junglee Maas

A traditional Rajasthani wild meat curry, typically made with mutton, cooked with simple yet powerful spices like red chilies, garlic, and ginger.

Optional Accompaniment: Lahsoon Tamatar Chatni (v)

A spicy, tangy chutney made with tomatoes and garlic, cumin, red chilies, and a touch of sugar, offering a delicious balance of heat and sweetness. This chutney is a popular accompaniment in Rajasthani cuisine.

Egg Curry

Hard-boiled eggs simmered in a flavourful tomato and onion gravy, spiced with garam masala and curry leaves. 


We have described this curry as non-vegetarian because Indians generally consider eggs as non-vegetarian. It is suitable for those who abstain from meat but do consume eggs. 

Chicken or Fish Curry

Your choice of either chicken or fish, cooked in a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce with butter and aromatic spices. 


International Selection

At Nivaās, due to our rural location, sourcing certain international ingredients fresh can be challenging, which is why our international offerings on the menu are limited. However, we’re always happy to discuss your preferences and create something tailored to your taste using locally available ingredients.

Chinese-Style Fried Rice (v)

With your choice of vegetables, eggs, or chicken, seasoned with soy sauce and spices.

"White Sauce" Pasta (v)

Pasta coated in a smooth, velvety béchamel sauce, made with milk, butter, garlic and herbs. 

"Red Sauce" Pasta (v)

Pasta tossed in a rich, tangy tomato sauce, with garlic and herbs.

Tandoori Roti (v)

Traditional Indian flatbread freshly baked in a tandoor. 

Bajra Roti (v)

A rustic flatbread made from pearl millet flour, served warm with ghee. A Rajasthani speciality.

A rustic flatbread made from maize flour.

Soft, fluffy flatbread, available plain or buttered.

Jeera Rice (v)

We can serve meals in the restaurant at your convenience, with loose times as follows: breakfast, 7 - 10:30 am; lunch, 12 - 2 pm; dinner, 7 - 10 pm (last orders 9:30 pm). We look forward to serving you!


The pool is open for your use round the clock, but is unmanned. 


Yes, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas, including your private terrace. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking indoors.


We do not apply a service charge. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion. You may choose to leave individual tips or, if preferred, a consolidated tip at reception, which will be shared amongst the team upon your departure.


Check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you’d like a later check-out, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a member of our team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

There isn't a safe in the room. However, if you need a secure place for valuables, please feel free to reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to assist with alternative arrangements.

Laundry is done off-site by a trusted local supplier. Please mark any delicate or hand-wash items clearly. While every care is taken, Nivaās cannot be held responsible for shrinkage or colour fading. Dry cleaning is not available.
